A Walk With Our Sean

Sean and I went for a walk the other day and here are some of the highlights:

Due to a lot of rain lately the water had risen to mad levels. Always fun when that happens.

"You talking to me?"

We found a very high and very Scottish bridge. Not far from Murrayfield.

We celebrated our endeavor with donuts!

Sean & I

Some pictures of what the lad and I have been up to lately.

We've been to the doctor to get vaccinations and bravery-stickers.

We have been to cool out-doors art exhibitions.

... and not so interesting in-doors impressionism showings

The Boy With a Spinosaurus In His Side

I snapped this picture while Sean and I walked through the collegiate part of town on the way home from school last Friday. I think it looks like a The Smiths album.

Playground Pals

This morning the lad and I accidentally arrived for Sean's whole day out-of-school activity half an hour early. This meant of course thirty minutes of no-bars-held-father-and-son-time! After a friendly chat with the groundskeeper at the playground at The Meadows we were off.

Gap's 2016 Summer Line

What is this? A couple pictures from a weirdly Edinburgh-themed clothes catalouge aimed at the white fashionable middle class?
Nah - it's just the lad and I up at Salisbury Crags.

A Sean Amongst the Daffodils

New Discoveries

In the last couple of days, Sean has discovered:

How to get out of walking.

The wholesome wonder of Chocolate ice cream.

That him and his old man really are to cool for school.

New Year - New pics

As I sit here, entering data, I thought I'd update the old picture bank. Enjoy:

Ready to play some footie.

Poking holes in the ice.
A snow dog.

Throwing snowballs.
Playing in the woods.

Myself fixing the roof after a storm.

A highly respectable Star Wars-collection.
