Versus...
Just got an invite to go over to North Charleston for a little shin ding. The trouble is that at 8 o'clock it is my weekly Sherlock Holmes hour on PBS. That is then followed by Keeping up Appearances, so it is more like an hour and a half of British top-of-the-line entertainment.

It would make no sense what so ever to pass on some weekly, riveting 19th Century mystery solving!
