Tater Salad

Tomorrow is Paddy's Day, and at work we are having a potluck (fitting name). Thankfully the plans to dress me up as a Leprechaun seem to have been deserted. It would have been somewhat against my will, but my unwillingness to lose my job had probably gotten me into some greens. Since I now cant get away with sitting in a corner shouting Northern Irish slang I plan to bedazzle the ladies with my very own potato salad. I went shopping for ingredients at midnight last night spending a small fortune at Harris Teeter, so it better be good.
